Level 1 Visual Inspections
If you have been regularly been using your chimney over the past one year, it might be time for a Level 1 inspection. Level 1 inspection is our most basic/routine inspection, where our experts will visually survey the chimney, check accessible points in the chimney and appliance, verify that the flue is free from buildup and blockages.
A Level I inspection consists of an examination the readily accessible portions of the chimney exterior, interior and accessible portions of the appliance and the chimney connection. Level 2 Scan Inspections

It also includes inspecting the interior of the chimney and flue with a special camera system called Chim-Scan to check for cracks or other defects. While conducting a Level II inspection; construction, condition, and clearances of all enclosed flues are assessed.
